Dashboards do not auto-refresh after editing a report
Reproduction Steps:
1. Add a report to a dashboard
2. Go to the report
3. Edit the report (ex: toggle on "Compare to previous period"
4. Save report
5. Go back to the dashboard
6. The report is not updated
7. Manually refresh the page
8. The report now shows the updated report

Are you on self-hosting or cloud? This is fixed on cloud version.
