Exclude Events: Excluded IDs Show Stale Data

Bug report: In the “Exclude Events” section, after adding a profile ID to the exclude list, then navigating to another page (e.g., Profiles) and returning, the profile IDs display stale data. The issue resolves only after a full page refresh.
