Improve Offline Event Support and Retry Control

Hi! I enjoy the app very much. It's the most powerful cookieless analytics tool I've seen so far. I really wish it had better support for events collected while offline in PWA. I don't mind implementing a queuing wrapper myself, but I have to fight the SDK because the retries can't be disabled easily. Could you please allow overriding `maxRetries` in the next SDK versions, or document a recommended way to gather events offline to be published later?
