Option to Hide Base Events in Reports

There should be a way to hide events in reports and save them so that view is what is reflected in the dashboard (e.g. I have 2 events and a 3rd that is a formula - I only want a chart of the formula output (A-B) but it always reverts to showing A and B as well as the formula output

Thanks for this! How do I actually use this feature? I jumped into a report that had the metrics (navigated from a dashboard), unticked a few of them and hit 'update' but it reverted back when I went back into the report

Oh, is it the metric chart type? thats the only one I haven't solved, for any other chart type you can toggle via the table below the chart. Will have to add some custom ui for hiding things for the Metric chart type (sorry for the misunderstanding).
